Custom & personalized items: Non-refundable, unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.

Physical, non-custom items: Refunds/exchanges accepted within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

2. How do I access my digital products?
After purchase, you’ll receive an instant download link by email. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder. Still can’t find it? Contact us at [info@lovnloyalty.com] for help.
3. Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We love custom projects. Submit your request through our Custom Orders page, and we’ll confirm pricing and turnaround time with you before starting.

5. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Digital and custom orders: Can NOT be canceled once work begins.
Physical, non-custom orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
